To get a Lightsaber in LEGO Fortnite, you must level your Rebel Village to Level 6. Captain Bravara will hand you a Blue Lightsaber to destroy Outpost doors previously locked by a Clearance Code.

Featuring their original and iconic sound effects, Lightsabers are powerful melee weapons that can cut down enemies and structures with ease. Just keep in mind that Lightsabers destroy the materials of anything they break. Don’t go swinging that thing around like a Bantha in a cantina.

If one Lightsaber isn’t enough for you, you can get your fingerless hands on Red and Green Lightsabers by opening the Chest found at the end of an Empire Bunker. The color of the Lightsaber you receive appears to be random.

Empire Bunkers are guarded by extremely deadly AWR troopers, so make sure you’re well-stocked up on healing items and Charms before charging in.

Can you craft Lightsabers in LEGO Fortnite?

Unlike most weapons in LEGO Fortnite, you cannot craft Lightsabers. They can only be unlocked through the method detailed above. The good news is that Lightsabers don’t break! Instead, they need recharging after heavy use.

How to get Lightsabers in LEGO Fortnite Sandbox

    • If you don’t have a Sandbox world already, click Create New World and then Create
    • Choose any slot and click New World Slot.
    • Change Game Mode to Sandbox and select Start.
  • Open your Inventory (Tab on PC or Up on the D-Pad for console).
  • Select All Items and scroll to the bottom.
  • Under the Star Wars category, select any Lightsaber.
  • Select Add to add it to your inventory.
  • If your Quickbar has an open slot, the Lightsaber will be automatically equipped.
