Zenless Zone Zero is a gacha game from HoYoverse that adds something new for players to collect. Bangboos are cute mascot characters that run around passively during your fights, providing special support effects and buffing your characters. Here are all of the Bangboos & skills in Zenless Zone Zero.

What are Bangboos in Zenless Zone Zero?

Bangboos are these incredibly cute bunny-like companions, who follow you into battle and provide a variety of passive effects. Bangboos have their skills, one active skill where they may attack an enemy in battle or provide some active effect, as well as two passives that can boost your team’s stats. You’ll want to collect as many Bangboos as you can to gain the most potential buffs.

Bangboos come in three rarities: B-rank, A-rank, and S-rank. That’s right, this means in Zenless Zone Zero, there are three 5-star instances to pull for (characters, weapons, and Bangboos.) This can be a little intimidating to think about, but regardless, you’ll likely be fine with using an A-rank or even a B-rank Bangboo.

Bagboo

HP: 207 / DEF: 32 / ATK: 64 / Impact: 56 / B-Rank

• Closer, Closer: Bagboo slashes the target, dealing physical damage.
• Swiftly Honed: Increases Max HP of all Agents by 3%.
• Ether Aptitude: Boosts the Max HP, attack, and defense of Agents in battle by 16%, 8%, and 16% of the Bagboo’s Max HP, attack, and defense, respectively.

Exploreboo

HP: 225 / DEF: 28 / ATK: 56 / Impact: 56 / B-Rank

• Modded Ether Detector: Exploreboo scans and excavates the ground nearby. After excavation, Exploreboo applies various buffs to the character based on the excavation result and its own stats.
• Ether Detection Specialist: Increases the defense of all Agents by 5%.
• Ether Aptitude Enhance: Boosts the Max HP, attack, and defense of Agents in battle by 16%, 8%, and 16% of the Bagboo’s Max HP, attack, and defense, respectively.

Sumoboo

Devilboo

• Kiss of Temptation: Devilboo enters the Flying state. While flying, it can perform long-range piercing attacks, dealing Ether damage and inflicting a large amount of Ether Attribute Anomaly.

Luckyboo

Paperboo

• Decoy Paper Armor: Paperboo uses a cardboard box to camouflage itself, inducing a taunt effect. While camouflaged, being attacked by enemies or reaching the camouflage time limit triggers an explosion, dealing physical damage in an area.

Amilion

HP: 412 / DEF: 103 / ATK: 127 / Impact: 46 / S-Rank

• A Million Dennies in one Bangboo: Amillion sets up a machine gun. Once complete, it uses the machine gun to deal multiple piercing attacks on the target, dealing massive physical damage.
• Street Code: Increases the Crit DMG of all Agents by 28%, and the Crit DMG of Cunning Hares Agents by an extra 28%.
• Ether Aptitude Enhance: Boosts the Max HP, attack, and defense of Agents in battle by 16%, 8%, and 16% of the Sumoboo’s Max HP, attack, and defense, respectively.

Butler

HP: 412 / DEF: 103 / ATK: 113 / Impact: 46 / S-Rank

• Tea Break: Butlerboo creates a heartfelt afternoon snack. This snack generates energy for the receiving Agent, and applies an attack buff based on their own stats.
• Personal Butler: Increases Crit Rate of all Agents by 14%, and the Crit Rate of Victoria Housekeeping Co. Agents by an extra 14%.
• Ether Aptitude Enhance: Boosts the Max HP, attack, and defense of Agents in battle by 16%, 8%, and 16% of the Butlerboo’s Max HP, attack, and defense, respectively.

Safety

HP: 412 / DEF: 46 / ATK: 127 / Impact: 103 / S-Rank

Here are all of Safety’s skills:

• Boring Burst: Safetyboo enters the Driving state and rams the enemy. If a target is hit, Safetyboo performs multiple piercing attacks dealing high Physical damage and reducing the the target’s defense.
• Drill Team Mobilization: Increases penetration ratio of all Agents by 17.5%, and the penetration ratio of Belobog Industries Agents by an extra 17.5%.
• Ether Aptitude Enhance: Boosts the Max HP, attack, and defense of Agents in battle by 16%, 8%, and 16% of the Butlerboo’s Max HP, attack, and defense, respectively.

Sharkboo

HP: 396 / DEF: 50 / ATK: 120 / Impact: 110 / S-Rank

• Drylands Shark Hunt: Sharkboo sets up a trap. The trap deals ice damage to the triggering enemy, inflicting a large amount of ice attribute anomaly, and immediately triggers a Homing Torpedo, which deals high ice damage to enemies in range.
• Cold Surge: Increases damage of all Ice Agents by 25%.
